88kb Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 88kb platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

88kb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on the 88kb platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute minimum age requirement and is strictly enforced. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering in your own name and on your own behalf.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• You may hold only one active account at a time. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services, whether through 88kb's own responsible gaming tools or through any external self-exclusion programme to which 88kb subscribes.

88kb reserves the right to refuse account registration, or to close an existing account, at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. In the event of an account closure where no breach of these terms has been established, any available balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

3. Age Verification and KYC

88kb operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. All players are required to complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal. 88kb may request identity verification at any point during the account lifecycle, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a flagged transaction.

Documents commonly requested during the KYC process include a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address, and evidence of the ownership of the payment method used for deposits. All documents must be current, legible, and in the name of the account holder.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

88kb supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and direct bank transfer to accounts held at major Bangladesh banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no platform-side fee charged by 88kb on deposits or withdrawals, although your payment provider may impose its own fees.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Deposits made from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. 88kb does not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits on the account.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically instant for bKash and Nagad, and between one and three business hours for bank transfers, subject to payment provider processing schedules. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or following account security reviews.
• 88kb reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal of ৳50,000 or above, or any withdrawal where the cumulative total for the calendar month exceeds ৳200,000.

Funds deposited to 88kb are held for the purpose of gaming activity on the platform only. 88kb does not pay interest on account balances. Accounts that have been inactive for twelve consecutive months may be subject to an administrative dormancy fee of ৳100 per month, applied from the thirteenth month of inactivity onwards. You will be notified by SMS to your registered phone number before any dormancy fee is applied.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

88kb offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions timed around events such as the BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses issued by 88kb unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement unless otherwise specified is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses may only be used in the games or game categories specified in the promotion. Free spins awarded as part of a bonus are valid only on the game title specified at the time of award.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method. 88kb reserves the right to void bonuses where it determines that multiple accounts have been created to exploit a promotion.
• Bonuses expire if the applicable wagering requirements are not met within the time period stated in the promotion. Upon expiry, both the bonus balance and any winnings derived from the bonus are forfeited.

6. Responsible Gaming

88kb is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion. All responsible gaming tools can be activated from the account settings dashboard at any time. Once activated, cooling-off and self-exclusion measures cannot be reversed before the end of the selected period.

The minimum age to use 88kb is 21. This requirement is enforced at account registration through age verification and through ongoing monitoring. Accounts where the age verification data is found to be inaccurate will be closed immediately and all balances reviewed. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88kb platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately pending investigation. Following investigation, 88kb may close the account, void all bets placed during the relevant period, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by law.

• Using the platform while under the age of 21, or registering on behalf of a person under the age of 21.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during the account lifecycle.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once, collusion with other players to exploit bonus terms, or the use of software tools designed to exploit game mechanics.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players, or to gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, using the platform for money laundering, or attempting to circumvent anti-money laundering controls.

88kb employs automated systems and human review teams to detect prohibited conduct. These systems monitor, among other indicators, unusual betting patterns, rapid reversal of wagers, co-ordinated play between multiple accounts, and payment method anomalies. Players who believe they have been incorrectly identified as having engaged in prohibited conduct may appeal the decision by contacting the 88kb support team, providing full details of the circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 88kb platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, video content, audio clips, game titles (excluding provider-owned intellectual property), the overall design and layout of the platform, and all associated trademarks and service marks, is the intellectual property of 88kb or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the intellectual property of 88kb beyond the limited licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content from the 88kb platform without express prior written consent from 88kb. Unauthorised use of 88kb intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88kb shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, business, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any loss of data or corruption of data resulting from your use of the platform, howsoever caused.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage, even if 88kb has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any part of it, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, or any other reason outside our reasonable control.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

88kb collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the Privacy Policy page of this website. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and platform improvement.

88kb will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and fraud prevention partners to the extent necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations. All third parties with whom 88kb shares personal data are contractually bound to maintain appropriate security standards.

11. Platform Availability and Technical Issues

88kb endeavours to maintain the platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, 88kb does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, failures in third-party infrastructure (including payment provider systems and game provider servers), or events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, acts of government, or widespread telecommunications failures.

In the event of a technical fault during a game round that prevents the round from completing normally, the round will be reconstructed from server logs and resolved according to the game provider's technical resolution procedures. Where a round cannot be reconstructed, the stake will be returned to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a software malfunction or an error in the published odds or game configuration are not valid and will be voided. 88kb will notify affected players of any such void and will return the relevant stake amounts.

12. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 88kb platform, including a disputed bet outcome, a payment issue, or a bonus dispute, you should contact the 88kb customer support team in the first instance via live chat. Our support team aims to resolve all complaints within 24 hours. If your complaint cannot be resolved by the frontline support team, it will be escalated to the 88kb disputes team for review. 88kb will endeavour to resolve all formal disputes within 14 calendar days of the complaint being escalated to the disputes team. Where a dispute remains unresolved after 14 days, you may request a final written decision from the 88kb disputes team. 13. Modifications to the Platform

88kb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, including individual games, payment methods, bonus programmes, or entire sections of the platform. Where possible, 88kb will provide reasonable advance notice of significant changes via the registered SMS number or a platform notification.

• Addition or removal of game titles from the platform catalogue, including the temporary unavailability of a game due to provider maintenance.
• Changes to minimum or maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, processing times, or supported payment methods, subject to reasonable notice being given where material changes are made.
• Updates to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy, which take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints process set out in Section 12 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 88kb with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to that subject matter. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
